Shop Policies

  • Your pet's health and wellbeing come first 100% of the time
  • We DO NOT dematt heavilly matted pets. This causes unnecessary stress to your pet. Imagine getting dreadlocks yanked all over your body.
  • Ear hair removal is completely up to the client. Some dogs contract ear infections from ear hair removal, Some get infections from leaving it in. Please check with your vet and let the groomer know your decision. (Note: Not all dogs have hair inside their ears)
  • Clients may stay to watch their pet be groomed as long as it does not cause their pet to get overly excited or stressed. This can cause a dog to get cut unintentionally when they excitedly move.
  • Due to the stressful nature of grooming, cat's can not stay in the shop longer than 30 minutes after their groom is completed. It is simply too loud of an enviroment for kittles to remain.
  • Flea pets are only done at the end of the day, with no other pets present. This is done for a few reasons
    • So fleas won't spread to other pets
    • So we can bomb the shop right after to ensure all the fleas are dead.
    • Note: Flea baths are an extra $10 charge. ANYTIME a flea is found on a pet, they will automatticly recive a flea bath. We will notify you immediatly as well.
  • We do release anal glands externally on all small dogs unless otherwise noted. If you have a larger dog and would like then released, please feel free to ask the groomer. If you don't want us to release your small dogs anal glands, please let us know prior to the groom. We do not, under any circumstances release anal glands internally. If thats what you'd like, please see a vet.
